Wayne County Democratic Committee Meeting
The committee will meet Sat March 8 at 9:30 am at the Wayne County Public Safety Bldg 7376 rt 31.
THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY
Over two hundred years ago, the Party’s founders decided that wealth and social status were not an entitlement to rule. They believed that wisdom and compassion could be found within every individual and a stable government must be built upon a broad popular base. At the start of the 21st century, the Democratic Party can look back on a proud history, not only of a political organization but of a national vision. The Committee is the official organization representing registered, enrolled Democrats residing in Wayne County, New York. The committee consists of the officers of the county committee and election district representatives from each town in the County.
Wayne County Democratic Committee meets every second Saturday each month beginning in January at 9:30am either by Zoom or in person.. General meetings are open to registered, enrolled Democrats. Contact the Chair if eligible and wish to attend a Zoom held meetiing. The executive committee (officers, town chairs and state representatives) meets the second Saturday of the month prior to the general meeting.
